A focused, in-depth assessment for patients who have never been diagnosed. Designed to determine whether ADHD is present and how it affects your daily life. We review your symptoms, history, and functioning across settings, using validated tools and clinical expertise to distinguish ADHD from overlapping conditions. Your personalized plan may include behavioral strategies, lifestyle optimization, and, when appropriate, medication management. Includes computer-based testing and written diagnostic report. 90 min/2 sessions.

This initial session is a 60-minute comprehensive psychiatric evaluation with a Women’s Health or General focus based on your needs.

We will discuss your current symptoms, life circumstances, past medical and mental health history, and goals for treatment. I will provide my initial assessment and work with you to create a personalized treatment plan. Additional testing may be recommended. Allow 60 min.

Review outside records, confirm diagnosis is adequately supported, psychiatric evaluation, discuss treatment options, prescribe if appropriate. Allow 45 min.

During these sessions, we will evaluate your progress over time and work towards optimizing your treatment plan for the best results. Session length varies based on patient needs and progress.

This is an extended follow up session which uses a Cognitive Behavioral Approach toward improving on your current pain points.
